About this Course
This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply knowledge, practical skills and experience in leadership and management across a range of enterprise and industry contexts.
What will you learn?
Individuals at this level display initiative and judgement in planning, organising, implementing and monitoring their own workload and the workload of others. They use communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet organisational or enterprise requirements.
They plan, design, apply and evaluate solutions to unpredictable problems, and identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources.
Course outline & structure
This program is delivered entirely off-the-job in the training rooms provided by the RTO. The program is delivered through a combination of face-to-face facilitator led theory and practical sessions involving small-group work and individual activities.
Participants are provided with training workbooks and handouts for each unit of competency, and these include all material used in training sessions, including assessments and reference material.
The total duration of this qualification can be completed in approximately 18 months. The classroom-based program includes 432 supervised hours, consisting of the scheduled workshops and the estimated assessment consultations (min 120hrs)
